What should I bring with me? • A way to take notes... whatever way works for you. Darryl still prefers a good old fashioned pen or pencil. • A good sense of humor, an open mind, and a love of learning! • You’ll also want to bring a few FSBO and Expired leads with phone numbers. We will be choosing a handful from our attendees that Darryl will then call LIVE during our time together and schedule a listing appointment. So, grab your best leads and bring them along! 

I lost my confirmation email! How will I get into the event? We'll have a full roster of registrants at all check-in booths. There is no need to bring the confirmation email with you. However, if you reach out to us, we'll be happy to send you a copy of your confirmation for your records!

I'm coming from out of town. Can I get a discounted rate at the hotel? The Long Island Marriott is offering rooms for a discounted rate of $139/night. You can book your room here. The last day to book your room with the discounted rate is January 9th, 2020.

Where should I park and is parking free? There is plenty of parking in the lot of the Long Island Marriott and YES - it's free.

What if the weather is bad the day of the event? We understand January weather in New York can be unpredictable at times - we live here after all! In the past, we have not experiened an issue. Don't worry! We'll keep you updated on what the plan is in case of bad weather. 

Something came up and I can't attend. Do you offer refunds? There is limited seating, therefore all sales are final. If you can not attend the seminar, you can transfer your seat to another person up to 3 days before the event. All workbooks and supplies are only available at the live seminar and cannot be delivered after the event.

Will there be lunch included? Lunch is not included, but the Long Island Marriott has food on the property for you to enjoy! Check back closer to the event for details regarding the lunch options offered by the Marriott.
